CHRISTIANA IJEOMA EDMUND – Miss Congeniality, Season 1

Ijeoma is a 24yr old model who hails from Obowo LGA in Imo State. She grew up in Warri Delta State and graduated from Imo State University where she studied Education and Accountancy.
Modeling for her started from her 100lv in the university and she has been pushing in the areas that suits her, she started with pageantry where she came out as top 5 from her first pageant Mr/Miss Owerri West. She contested for Ada na Opara Imo 2016 where she became the Ada Ihitte Uboma local government area. She has ventured into other kinds of modeling, face modeling, runway/fashion modeling. In 2018 she contested for her school chaplaincy pageantry where she won the Miss NFCS (Nigerian Federation of Catholic Students) Imo State University chapter. DIjeoma has walked fashion runways in Imo State, Portharcourt and Lagos. She looks forward to moving to Lagos where she believes she can take her modeling career to the peak.
Her goal is to become the next Miss Nigeria where she will not just solicit for the girl child but also the boy child. In her opinion, the girl child has been over emphasized the boy child needs help too. Apart from modeling she looks forward to owning a school, where she will groom not just leaders of tomorrow but innovative citizens of Nigeria she believes the foundation of every child matters a lot If the foundation is faulty what then can we do about it?
Ij as she is fondly called by her friends is a lover of Bollywood movies/songs, she’s currently learning Hindi and she’s looking forward to learning Spanish and Chinese. She’s nicknamed black Barbie because of her dark complexion and her attitude when with people, she loves making new friends and there’s no dull moment with her; no wonder her fellow contestants unanimously voted her as Miss Congeniality during Miss Olamma Africa Pageant.
